Ministry of Investment Services The official body for establishing and licensing foreign and domestic investments within the Kingdom. Note: A valid commercial registration or articles of incorporation are required before applying for an investment license. Ministry of Commerce Services This ministry is responsible for issuing and updating commercial registrations for companies and establishments. Note: No commercial activity can be conducted before the commercial registration is issued and activated in the “Nafath” system. Baladi Platform Services This platform allows for the issuance and renewal of municipal licenses and business licenses. Note: A license is only issued after the commercial registration is verified and linked to a valid national address. Note: Passing the real estate licensing exam and professional competency verification is required.

The Ministry of Transport and Logistics

Issues operating licenses and regulates land, sea, and logistics transport activities.
